INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNERS

The instructional designers must have an understanding of data protection concepts and the learners the course is created for in order to create a course that will successfully deliver what is essential information.

IT INFORMATION SECURITY

IT information security specialists are in charge of developing and implementing security measures for the organization. They are responsible for analyzing existing security procedures and suggesting changes to upper management for increased efficient and extra security. They are the subject matter experts who are responsible for reviewing and approving materials.

MANAGEMENT

Department and team managers are directly responsible for overseeing employees who handle customer data on a daily basis.

LEARNERS

The learners who will taking the course, either voluntarily or as required compliance training. The primary audience is anyone who handles sensitive information.
